The location is good about 15 mins walk go station, school and shops

− 1) I was given the wrong password for the key lock. When I arrived we had to waited outside the property for more than a hour with kid and senior, because none of the emergency contact numbers was working. And when someone contacted me finally to give another password , there was not even an apology. 2)the property when we first checked in was absolutely unbearable , geasy floor with smelly sheets. We had to buy almost everything we need to including bed sheets and all cleaning products, that we spent at least two hours to clean it all up. And we had to kill at least 30 or 40 bugs in the house . The house was like nothing been used or occupied for very long time, everything was very greasy and smelly. It is frankly the worst property i have ever stayed with booking.com and i have a 3 star level with booking.com 3) I have emailed the property twice since we checked in about the wifi password and no reply. This is very shocking.
