10.0It was the perfect location the cottage was fully stocked with all you could ever need and way more the pool and hot tub were lovely and clean the restaurant and bar on site were lovely and the Royal Oak pub a mile or so away was fantastic the staff food and drinks were top notch

9.0Great location, fully furnished with everything that one can need during a holiday. Spacious rooms, big and comfy beds. Easy access to a tennis court, squash court, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, fitness room and game room (including table tennis) was great. Alison was super helpful and communication was great too.
− Internet was playing but could have been due to a power cut.
A lovely property in a very nice location with great hosts.
10.0The location was quiet and pretty with nice gardens and the restaurant was open so we were able to enjoy a meal one evening. A short distance from Truro by car and easy to access other parts of Cornwall. The host Alison answered queries quickly and she and her partner kindly left a welcome message with wine which was really appreciated. The price for our 4 nights was very reasonable for 5 of us occupying 3 rooms. This property was a real find and I strongly recommend it.
− Shower pressure in the main bathroom was a bit iffy but this did not pose a huge problem and there were so many plusses that these outweighed this small point.
