10.0Für meine beruflichen Aufenthalte in der Nähe der BASF ist diese Pension meine erste Wahl. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer ist beeindruckend, und die Einrichtung schafft eine entspannte Atmosphäre. Der 24/7 Check-In ermöglicht es mir, flexibel anzukommen, was für Geschäftsreisende von unschätzbarem Wert ist. Die Nähe zur BASF und zur Autobahn ist unschlagbar, und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe erleichtern den Alltag erheblich. Zudem sind genügend Parkplätze vorhanden.

1.0− Bonjour, Je souhaite vous faire part de mon insatisfaction concernant la propreté de l’établissement. Le carrelage était sale et collant, au point qu’il était impossible de marcher pieds nus. Le tapis du salon était également très sale. De plus, le lit était rempli de poils, donnant l’impression qu’il n’avait pas été correctement nettoyé et préparé avant notre arrivée. Cette situation est particulièrement décevante et ne correspond pas aux standards de propreté que l’on peut attendre d’un établissement réservé sur Booking.com. Au vu de ces désagréments, je souhaiterais savoir quel dédommagement peut être proposé ou quelles solutions sont envisageables concernant cette réservation.

1.0The location is the only good thing about this place
− Place is very outdated with many broken things. Room was dirty and bed full of hair, we booked a family room for 2 adults and 2 kids and because of the dirtiness of the room we booked we were moved to a double room where we had to sleep in 4 in 1 bed. Never again!

10.0Ich hatte einen rundum angenehmen Aufenthalt im Family and Friends Ludwigshafen. Das Zimmer war sauber, modern eingerichtet und das Bett ausgesprochen bequem. Besonders praktisch fand ich den unkomplizierten 24-Stunden-Check-in – ideal, wenn man spät anreist. Die Lage ist ruhig und gleichzeitig perfekt, vor allem wenn man beruflich bei BASF oder in der Umgebung unterwegs ist. Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür sind ebenfalls ein großer Pluspunkt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist hervorragend und der Kontakt mit dem Team war jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit.
