10.0Only stayed one night but it was close to the hospital, quite, comfortable, clean and had all we needed for our stay.

− The aircon doesn’t blow hot air even on the different settings so you might need to have a quick check up over it to make sure it is working properly

− Narrow access into shower. Didn't meet the owner even though he was in the house.
convenient for hospital visits
8.0location was excellent for purpose to be close to hospital nice backyard, quiet cul-de-sac except helicopter pad right across but I like helicopters like the first aid kit, used bandaids from it, thank you coffee machine with capsules and watercooler

− The outside area really unkept and messy. The room was attached to the main house and you could hear noise from there.
