Explored this property as it was rated as one of the highest while searching online. Then called them up and Mr Dhingra the owner answered and few mins later I was sure I’m staying here. And what followed on checking in was simply amazing.

− Tried searching through out my stay, practically NOTHING this places deserves an Oscar for their hospitality and the host Mr Dhingra was there during our check in as we arrived little early, and was there during check in, and we had some guests over for dinner and he was personally there to make us and our guests feel comfortable and the food at the property was just amazing. The staff with such a host was equally amazing.

This was incredible. We were welcomed as if we were part of the family. The staff but also the owner made sure we were comfortable and looked after 24/7. There was absolutely nothing missing. In fact, a full tour of Amritsar was organised for us with a private driver, private guide, VIP access to the boarder. We don’t know what else to say. Thanks for having us and thanks for your generous and genuine hospitality.

My stay at Victorian Elegance Luxury Stays exceeded my expectations. The owner, Mr. Kanwar Singh, contacted me via WhatsApp before my arrival. He sent me a flyer about the sights in Amritsar with all the necessary information. The flyer also included shopping and restaurant recommendations. Another flyer allowed me to view the accommodations in the house.I received a very warm welcome from Mr. Kanwar Singh and his staff! Mr. Kanwar inquired about my plans in Amritsar, arranged a car and driver, and gave me valuable tips. I was able to choose my breakfast from a selection and everything was freshly prepared by the very friendly and attentive staff. I always had a phone number for emergencies during my stay! Der Besitzer, Herr Kanwar Singh, kontaktierte mich vor meiner Ankunft per WhatsApp. Er schickte mir einen Flyer mit allen wichtigen Informationen zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten in Amritsar sowie Empfehlungen für Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Ein weiterer Flyer ermöglichte mir die Räumlichkeiten im Haus anzuschauen. Ich wurde von Herrn Kanwar Singh und seinem Team sehr herzlich empfangen! Herr Kanwar erkundigte sich nach meinen Plänen für Amritsar, organisierte ein Auto mit Fahrer, fügte noch Sehenswürdigkeiten hinzu und gab mir wertvolle Tipps. Ich konnte mein Frühstück aus einer Auswahl zusammenstellen und alles wurde vom sehr freundlichen und aufmerksamen Personal frisch zubereitet. Ich hatte während meines Aufenthaltes stets eine Telefonnummer für den Notfall! Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und kann dieses Haus wärmstens empfehlen.

Victorian Elegance Luxury Home Stay should be classed as 7 stars. Property and rooms are luxurious, comfortable and very clean. Genuine hospitality from Mr Kanwar and his team made our stay unforgettable. Just 3 real stories of genuine hospitality: Mr Kanwar contacted us few days before check-in to ensure smooth arrival and comfortable stay, he followed up by sending short flyer with key sights to see, recommendations for restaurants and shopping which was much appreciated because it maximized our time and enjoyment of our holiday. We ordered takeout one evening, the staff served the takeout food in our room in serving dishes, with plates, cutlery and drinking glasses. We got treated to best local dishes with exceptional room service. Our indigo flight out from Amritsar was cancelled. Mr Kanwar checked best available options and arranged a private taxi to Delhi and followed up until we safely reached Delhi.

− Toughly enjoyed our stay, what was not easy was having to say goodbye to Mr Kanwar and staff.
