The stay was enjoyable, and with a few improvements, the guest experience could become even better.
7.0The location is decent, though it was a bit challenging to find since many taxi operators were not familiar with it. This may be due to the facility being new or recently renamed. To make arrivals smoother, it could be helpful if the host offered transfer services from the airport, SGR, or bus station at a standard fee, which guests would gladly cover. This would reduce the stress of locating the property.
− Areas for Improvement 1. Water Quality: The tap water seemed unusually salty, similar to ocean water. If possible, sourcing less salty water would greatly improve comfort. 2. Cooling System: While fans are provided, air conditioning would be a welcome upgrade, especially for guests sensitive to heat. 3. Electricity Tokens: It was unclear who is responsible for purchasing electricity tokens. I had to buy additional tokens during my stay, which felt unexpected. Clear communication on this policy would help guests plan better. 4. Furniture: A reading table and chair, or a four-seater dining table that doubles as a workspace, would be very useful. Using the couch for assignments was challenging. 5. Utensils: Providing standard kitchen utensils would benefit guests who prefer preparing their own meals.
