1.0Nothing the stay was a scam
− Didn't gr tyo stay the stay u booked was a scam and the people on reception was no help
Mistreatment
1.0They allowed us to book and pay before informing us they are not actually available. It took a week to get the refund which meant at such short notice I couldnt afford to book anywhere else during the easter holidays. Even after informing us the caravan was unavailable it continued to show as available on booking.com I think it's the resorts responsibility to inform booking.com they aren't available and to remove themselves from being able to be booked.
