− No key in lock box so had to contact owner who wanted photos to prove it . Took over 2 hours from arrival to gain access to apartment.
I would like to be reimbursed for our stay or even half of our money return
4.0− We arrived and 1dt 📌 location was way off . when we eventually got to apartment .it hadn't been cleaned bins full of rubbish Beds unmade dirty towels &dishes leftover food on side and in fridge. Rang owner who said would imbursed payment Received nothing and after private message no reply. I had to clean make up clean beds ?? Etc etc Plus bathroom kitchen has very poor d.i.y.skills. Luckily only 1 night stay.
