Sobiv majutus kui ei soovi liiga palju kulutada, aga tahad normaalset kohta kus magada.
7.0Korter oli Barcelona kohta hea hinnaga. Üle ootuste puhas ning mugavate vooditega (lapsed küll nii ei arvanud, seega võib-olla üheinimese voodid olid kehvemad kui lai kaheinimese voodi). Asukoht oli hea, saime enamasti kõikjale jala. Korteri võtmed saime Marinalt, kes oli väga kena ja abivalmis - täname!

Für den Preis haben wir mehr erwartet. Eine gute Basis, um die Stadt zu erkunden.
4.0Lage ist gut. Ruhig. Nicht touristisch. Gute U-Bahn-Verbindung. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Toller Bäcker "Obelisk" !!! Die Wohnung ist geräumig und funktional. Im Haus wohnen nicht nur Touristen. Auf Ruhe wird geachtet.
− Erhaltungszustand der Wohnung war enttäuschend. Nicht renovierter Wasserschaden etc.. Die Bildern im Exposé sind wohl doch schon etwas älter. Die Vermieter waren kooperativ. Für ein Apartment für Selbstversorger war die Ausstattung nicht OK, wurde aber nach einiger Zeit nachgebessert.
