5.0− El departamento no contaba con sábanas, toallas ni repasadores incluidos, lo cual considero un servicio básico en este tipo de alojamiento. Para acceder a las sábanas, incluso por una sola noche, era necesario abonar un costo adicional, que en relación calidad-precio no resulta conveniente, ya que con ese importe podría haber conseguido un lugar mejor. El calefón tampoco funcionaba correctamente, había que abrir dos canillas para que calentara el agua. Además, faltaba mantenimiento y había bastante polvo, lo que hizo incomoda la estadía.
