10.0The host is very attentive and communicative. His responses are prompt. The apartment is well equipped (including a hair dryer and shampoo etc). It is over looking to the forest side. Very quite. The view is beautiful. You can store your skis on the balcony. Easy access to the Kokhta ski lift. 3 minute walk from the building.. Convenient parking. I will come back to this apartment again. The host makes all the difference.

7.0Overall apartment is good. Specious, big balcony, good for family stay. Well equipped kitchen. Close to Ski slope and cable car.
− Apartment need some deep cleaning and maintenance. Carpet was bed.
Modern ski-to-door apartment with super owner
10.0Modern, spacious, and calm apartment at Block B2 of Kokhta-Mitarbi Complex with view towards the forest. Very comfortable double bed in a bedroom, one folding sofa and two single folding beds in the living room. Well equipped kitchen, enough lighting, and sockets in the whole apartment. Easy access (5 min) to the ski lift Kokhta from backside of the building. Enough parking places in front of the building. But the biggest plus of the apartment is its owner Mr. Grigol who was very communicative, accommodating, and helpful. Thanks again!
− There is a spacious ski depot in the ground floor, but no ski box belongs to the apartment. But it was not a problem to store skis at balcony. :-)

10.0We did enjoy staying ,Kokhta-Mitarbi resort apartment #15 apartment was so clean and nice everything looked great .. the view from our balcony was amazing.. I will give 10 stars for the room…

10.0We are very satisfied. The apartment has everything you need. Also has panoramic view on the forest side, parking. balcone, etc. you will be at the ski track in 3 minutes on foot. it,s great pleace in Bakuriani. it was very comportable flat and i recommend. just enjoy!
