L'hôtel est très propre, le service de chambre est tout à fait correct et le reste des prestations s'est très bien passé. L'appartement était agréable pour notre séjour.

− Gros problème d'organisation à l'arrivée. Nous sommes arrivés à 18h30 et il n'y avait absolument personne à l'accueil. La responsable (que nous n'avons vue que 4 jours plus tard pour donner nos passeports) nous a expliqué qu'elle était à une cérémonie et que nous aurions dû la prévenir. Pourtant, Booking indique une réception possible jusqu'à minuit, il n'y avait donc aucune raison apparente de prévenir. Faute d'indications, nous avons dû chercher désespérément une solution par nous-mêmes et avons fini par nous installer dans une chambre restée ouverte. ​Conseil aux voyageurs : Prévenez impérativement l'établissement de votre heure exacte d'arrivée avant de venir pour éviter de vous retrouver bloqués !

Hier gab es ein rundum sorglos Paket. Angefangen bietet die Unterkunft einen preiswerten und äußerst sympathischen Taxiservice. Die Unterkunft überzeugt mit einem tollen, liebevoll gestalteten Eingangsbereich, mit kleinem aber ausreichendem Pool am Ende. Das Zimmer bietet ein bequemes Bett, eine super Klimaanlage (die auch funktioniert, wenn man das Zimmer verlässt und nicht direkt auf das Bett ausgerichtet ist) sowie einen großen Kühlschrank und Trinkwasseraufbereiter. Das Zimmer ist sauber, das Badezimmer ist groß genug und es gibt ausreichend Handtücher. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die liebevolle Art der Gastgeber, Ketut und Wayan 🫶🏾. Diese betreiben ein eigenes Lokal und bieten gerne und nicht aufdringlich einen Hol- und Bringservice an. Das Lokal wird im Familienbetrieb geleitet. Die offene Küche zeigt, wie gearbeitet wird. Besonders überzeugte uns dort die Erdnusssauce wie auch der Fisch. Uns wurde zusätzlich ein liebevoll bereitetes Balinesisches Nationalgericht serviert: Chicken Tutu. Auch für Ausflüge und weitere Transportfahren bietet die Familie Lösungen an. Das Ganze zu absolut moderaten Preisen. Ketut und Wayan betreuen auch die Utama Beach Villas. 🤗

− Wenn überhaupt war in unserem Zimmer schwaches Licht, das war aber absolut kein Problem. 🤗

The plants and trees surrounding the property were really nice.

− The management was unprofessional and the room was smelling of damp and dust. In terms of the management, we booked our room a few days in advance. But when we arrived, we were told by the lady named katut that the accommodation was fully booked. She offered to bring us to a "friend's villa" which was much less nicer. We refused to move and told her that we would like to cancel on booking.com if there was no room at this property. Suddenly, the room was available. At the end, we got the room but it's not the once we booked.

Though access to the beach in Candi dasa is currently under construction our stay at catra was lovely. Ketut and staff were very warm, thoughtful and accommodating. Lovely little pool overlooking the beach. Wifi was excellent. Kitchen facilities great and water bottle supplied hot and cold.

Great little place to stay, pool was good and gardens are exceptional, close to everything too
