9.0老板人挺好的。入住期间刚好赶上英国的极端热天，老板给我们准备了电风扇，由于屋顶透光窗光照太强，屋里非常热，下午给老板反映问题后，晚上老板亲自上门帮我们封堵屋顶透明的玻璃窗，才使我们度过了燥热的几天时光。希望老板进一步做好应对措施，以防再有突发情况发生时能更好应对。

Well equipped apartment in a good location in Bath.
9.0The location was fabulous. The apartment was well lit with a couple of skylights. The kitchen was well equipped. It was up four flights of stairs, but that was told to me in advance. We didn't have any trouble with the stairs. The view was also nice.
− There was some construction next door, but that wasn't too noisy if you were up around 8am. There was a leak in the skylight during a massive rainstorm. I notified the owner and we chatted via What's App. He was responsive. The leak was not significant and it stopped by the next day.

10.0The location is fantastic just a couple of steps from Putney Bridge. Also across the road from a gorgeous park. The beds were very comfortable and the flat is full of everything you’ll need for your stay including lots of information on things to do in Bath. Very quiet at night. The owners are very pleasant to deal with. Will definitely be back for a return visit.
− It is up quite a few steps but we were informed of this at booking so there were no surprises. It does get hot because it’s the top floor but there are fans available.
