Comfortable amenities were overshadowed by bugs, a wet bathroom floor, and persistent noise.
6.0Strong AC unit and warm shower
− Bugs all over the bathroom and some on the bed. Water goes onto the floor when using tap. Always extremely loud around the property

9.0Almost everything was amazing, including breakfast and pool, everything was super clean. Food was amazing, reception helpful,beds comfy and private, WiFi is really good. Pool table also free and in good condition. I think I stayed here for almost a month. 😆
− This is just a personal thing, but outside was no soft spot to relax and chill. A bit more outdoor pillows would have kept me chilling there for longer. Everything else was amazing though. So no complaints.
I really enjoyed the hospitality of the 2 polite kids at the reception, they speak fluent english, eager to help as well
9.0clean, spacious everything is working well. their lobby is comfortable and they have 2 open areas with great view to chill as well. They provide motorcycle rental and theyre in liaison with so many local operators so there are plenty of packages. They do arrange transports as well. Really enjoyed my stay there.
Great pool, lovely rooms, awful WiFi
7.0Rooms were nice and clean, pool and bar were really nice and loads of different events/tour packages available at reception that were super easy to book
− The Wi-Fi was AWFUL, cut out every few minutes, then wouldn’t connect at all for a while, then would be super slow. The aircon wasn’t great, we had it on the coldest temp and the highest fan speed and still couldn’t sleep under any covers as it was too warm
Pay the extra pennies for a bug free stay elsewhere
2.0You get what you pay for, the rooms are nice enough, when clean, and the pool area is good, options for breakfast are pretty standard but a good inclusion considering the price. The laundry service was good and efficient.
− ANTS ANTS ANTS!! Our room was infested with ants, in the bed, the light switches, the bin, the toilet. Ants were everywhere. The staff handled it saying they would send someone to clean and do our laundry as ants had covered our clothes but we requested a different room. The replacement room had a broken air conditioning unit with shot water at half of the bed. The third room was acceptable, with only a few ants and a working air conditioning unit. Next, when we arrived the pool was empty, which is one of the main attractions of this hotel, and we were assured it would be filled the following day however it did take an extra full day for the pool to be full. We were not notified of this ahead of time, had we have been, we would have booked a different hotel as we were looking to relax. Location wise, it is quite out of the way from things, if you don’t mind walking around 15-20 minutes to get to anything, you will be okay.
