Needed a pet friendly place to stay while our kitchen floor was being renovated.
7.0Staff was super friendly and helpful, our 2 bedroom suite was very clean, quiet, and roomy. Very welcoming to our dog too!
− The sofa was sagging and uncomfortable. Living area furniture could be updated. Free breakfast was ok.

Was unable to stay due to overbooking
1.0The property was overbooked so I was not able to use my Booking.com paid reservation
− I am still waiting for them to reimburse me my money for the advance payment
Pretty average in an older hotel
5.0Breakfast was good
− We booked a day earlier than we traveled and stayed a day later since we thought we were 13-15, not 12-14 and no one mentioned we had arrived late or stayed a day later. The extra night charge was much higher. This is mostly booking.com's fault as they changed the dates I had put in between page changes.

− The fact they refused the card i was going to use even though i booked with the same card so i told the desk agentwe needed to cancel. Then they tried my account over and over but i kept declining so they wait until 4am to charge for a no call no show but obviously it wasn't because i went in there to check in and they refused my card
