Fuming was an understatement!
1.0The booking was cancelled on us. We had no clue until minutes before we arrived at Montreux train station! Disgusting to cancel on the day and even more disgusting that this wasn’t communicated to us!
− I’m appalled that booking.com think a 25€ voucher is enough! 7 of us had travelled all day, my 82 year old dad and 7 year old daughter were shattered yet we had to find new accommodation as we arrived in Montreux! This cost us £200 more than this apartment but we have only received €25! Appalling way to treat customers!
