9.0room is very clean and well lit. room also has all the amenities and comforts that we needed.
− the airport pick up service can be better. I wish they could have the driver go inside the airport and pick up from the exit instead of picking up outside the terminal. It can be confusing for someone who's never been to the airport before.

1.0− Please do not make booking from here, as the booking number cannot be verified when you check in from reception. Finally I have to ask my parents make a new booking and pay seperately. And right now, no response from customer service (neither the hotel nor booking.com)to process refund request. Very confusing

6.0We were delighted that the hotel offer free shuttle service to the airport.
− We were disappointed because despite the shuttle service being offered to us, the hotel did not make prior arrangements to allocate seats based on the number of guests for transport. Although we were the first in line, there was no visible queue and everyone was standing around. The seats were taken on a first-come, first-served basis, which made us very unhappy, especially since I was traveling with 2 kids and 1 elderly person. This should have been taken into consideration during check-in, and prior communication with the driver should have been arranged
