Very Basic- Worked out ok for our needs for this particular trip.
5.0I did like the clear easy instructions for entering the property upon arrival
− The floor in the living room bedrooms and bathroom were a bit dusty, especially in some corners and near the baseboards, maybe because it's pet-friendly (although we didn't have pets). Also saw a couple small bugs. As far as the bathroom, the shower curtain was not that clean and since there were no small washcloths, we had to use larger hand towels for showering which seemed a little odd.

− The sheet for the queen bed did not fit and I wound up on the mattress pad every night. Missing light bulbs & living room lamp did not work.

Fantastic place to hang out with family and have quality family time.
10.0This was by far the best vrbo property I've ever stayed at. The kitchen was quite stocked, with coffee, teas, lots of seasonings, pans and utensils. The game room was fun, and we loved taking the dog out back. Plus, feeding the chickens next door is not something we get to do every day. I would definitely stay here again and tell anyone heading to Johnson City to stay here.
