− NE MENJEN IDE SENKI! Tele van bogarakkal az egész konyha, a nappali és az ágyban is vannak. Nem lehet ételt készíteni, tartani vagy fogyasztani a szálláson mert mindenre azonnal rámásznak. Koszos padló, koszos evőeszközök, koszos foltos törölköző. A nappaliban a kanapé undorító foltos koszos. A kisebb szobában az ablak nem csukható, hideg időben borzasztó hideg volt benn. Nem volt annyi személyre ágyazva ahányért fizettünk. Az utcáról belátnak. A szállásba való bejutás leírása túl bonyolult. Panaszaink ellenére semmi segítséget vagy kompenzálást nem kaptunk, csak ígérgetést. Rendkívül felháborító körülmények

− We booked because of the pool facilities. The pool was empty. After contacting the owner I was promised some form of refund. Not had anything after continuing to chase

Engaño y pésima experiencia
1.0Limpieza.
− Reservamos este apartamento porque tenía piscina, algo fundamental para nosotros y especialmente para el niño que venía en la reserva. Sin embargo, al día siguiente de pagar (ya fuera del plazo de cancelación gratuita), nos informaron de que la piscina no estaría disponible por obras. No fue un imprevisto: era una obra importante, claramente planificada y visible, algo imposible de desconocer. Nos sentimos engañados. Al llegar, el apartamento presentaba además averías y falta de mantenimiento: el fregadero estaba inutilizado, con el desagüe completamente suelto y vertiendo agua al suelo. Tuvimos que limpiarlo y arreglarlo nosotros mismos. Para colmo, el alojamiento estaba preparado para 3 personas cuando la reserva era para 5, y también tuvimos que preparar nosotros el resto. El propietario ofreció solo un 10 % de reembolso, algo que no compensa ni remotamente el daño causado ni el hecho de haber arruinado nuestras vacaciones.
