8.0Die Lage ist sehr gut. Parkplatz direkt im Hof. Nach verzögerter Kommunikation konnten wir eher in die Wohnung. Alles sauber.
− Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist wegen der einfachen Ausstattung (Badboden, Sofa etwas älter, ) etwas zu hoch.
