Perfekter Standort und Superwohnung in deiner herrlichen Stadt.
10.0Sehr schöne Maisonettewohnung in perfekter Lage und mit (kleiner enger, aber machbarer) Tiefgarage. Die Eigentümer haben die Schlüssel übergeben, beim Parkeinweisen geholfen und die schweren Koffer vom 2. zum 3. Sock getragen, da der Lift nur bis zur Eingangshöhe des Apartments führt. Die Wendeltreppe zum oberen Bereich im dritten Stock ist eng, aber ok, die Koffer kann man dann durch das außerhalb der Wohnung gelegene Treppenhaus hochbringen, da es zwei Wohnungstüren auf beiden Ebenen gibt. Zwei Bäder, je auf einer Ebene. Viel Platz in den Schlafbereichen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat alles für eine ordentliche Erstversorgung da (Kaffeekapseln,Milch, Gebäck und darüberhinaus sehr viele Gewürze etc.) Alles ist sehr schön dekoriert und blitzsauber ist es auch.Om Wohnraum steht eine bequeme große Eckcouch und es gibt eine Essecke. Alles ist hell und modern. Guter Schreibtisch im Schlafbereich auf der Galerie und gutes WLAN. Tipps für Restaurants und potentielle Hilfe nur einen WhatApp Text weit weg. Man ist sofort im Altstadtbereich und kann diese von der Wohnung aus fußläufig erkunden. Salamanca ist eine der schönsten Städte, in der wir waren. Unbedingte Empfehlung für Ziel und Wohnung!

10.0Me gustó todo,la ubicación al lado del palacio de congresos y muy cerca del centro. Todo estaba muy limpio, tenía de todo ,como si estuvieras en casa . El trato de los anfitriones fue muy bueno, estuvieron muy atentos durante nuestra estancia .
− Por decir algo que mejorar ,sería las ventanas de las habitaciones que están en el techo. No fuimos capaz de cerrar la persiana completamente y entraba mucha claridad desde muy temprano.
