I had a comfortable and pleasant stay at the Dusit Princess. The staff were courteous and helpful.
9.0The room was large and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Calm and pleasant when I raised the question of me having to pay S$20 more for the room for the special parking spot and higher internet speed. However, the hotel staff replied that there was no provision of a special parking spot and higher internet speed as they provide complimentary parking for residents of the hotel and there is wifi provided free of charge. The staff explained that I had booked at a flexible rate which I did not understand.
− What was offered on booking.com for the room that I booked that was S$20.00 more for special parking spot and higher internet speed. However, the hotel staff said that complimentary parking and internet wifi are available by the hotel at no extra cost. Then, why I am charged S$20.00 more? To settle my unhappiness, the hotel staff gave another complimentary breakfast for the room.
