Price/quality definitely not okay. The villa or the accomodations didn’t match the expectations for this type of boo
4.0- the location was very quiet - direct contact with Ludmila
− - we paid the full price but upon arrival we could only use 2 floors (0 and -1 (kitchen)) because we were with 2 people and 1 child. Nevertheless upon making the booking, it was stated that the full villa would be at our disposal. - several parts of the villa weren’t cleaned or prepared (there were still nail clippings on the floor in the living room). We weren’t allowed to use the living room (only room with television and WiFi in it). Even the television didn’t work. - central heating didn’t worked so we had to use external heaters. Even when we stayed begin of may, it was too cold for our child (2 year), barely 16 degrees. - WiFi was very bad - swimming pool is not a real swimming pool (surface-mounted).

10.0Check in was extremely easy, Ludmilla was always available and she helped us on every question we had. The villa has a beautiful garden with pool and barbecue was perfect! The rooms are very spacious and the location is very quite. Overall our stay was very pleasant and looking forward to come back soon!
