7.0L'emplacement est effectivement idéal, le studio propre et bien équipé, la literie bonne et les matériaux neufs
− Le studio se trouve en rez-de-chaussée et les 2 fenêtres du fond donnent sur une cours minuscule, d'oú on ne voit pas le ciel, ce qui fait que le studio est humide, et les voisins sont bruyants. De plus un appartement est en cours de rénovation dans l'immeuble à l'étage, il y a du bruit tout la journée à partir de 9h00, le chantier risque de durer tout l'été.

− Pot ser perquè ens ha coincidit l’estada amb dies de molta calor, pero dins de l’apartament s’acumulava molta humitat.

8.0Está muy bien equipado, el acceso al apartamento bastante sencillo, el cual se nos indicó como hacer en todo momento. Muy buena ubicación dentro del casco histórico, aparcamiento gratuito a 6 minutos y supermercado a 5 minutos. El apartamento está pensado para que sea cómodo y tenga todo lo necesario.
− Poco luminoso, al ser un bajo no permite una apertura total de las persianas.
