Die Ferienwohnung (Doppelhaushälfte) besticht durch ihre Lage direkt am Strand. Man kann im herrlich klaren, türkisblauen Wasser schwimmen und danach im grünen und blühenden Garten beim Sonnenbaden die Privatsphäre genießen. Es gibt eine Terrasse vor dem Haus und eine hinter dem Haus. Der sehr freundliche Besitzer schaut sich täglich um und die Versorgung mit frischen Handtüchern und Bettwäsche etc. ist für eine Ferienwohnung außergewöhnlich gut. Man hat es nicht weit zu Restaurants und Bars , zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und in den Ort mit vielen Geschäften. Gleich nebenan kann man ein Auto mieten, Taxi bestellen (auch günstiger Flughafentransfer)und Touren auf der Insel buchen. Unvergleichlich ist der Sonnenuntergang jeden Abend.

Trapped staying with two 8-month babies in dirty, smoky bedding after management refused to help.

The only real positive was the beach next to the house – everything else was overshadowed by poor cleaning and communication.

− We arrived with two small babies and immediately noticed hygiene problems: hair on the bed sheets (also in the baby crib), dust and dirt around the furniture, and towels and parts of the villa smelling strongly of cigarettes, even though the property is advertised as non-smoking. The phone number displayed in the villa was wrong; we had to call several different people/managers before finally reaching the right person. When their representative arrived, he did not listen to our concerns, interrupted us while we were explaining the issues and refused to accept that the sheets were not clean. He claimed we had already slept in the bed and that the hair was ours, although we had not slept in it yet and the hair on the sheets was short and curly, while our hair is straight – so it could not be ours. Instead of simply changing the sheets and towels and apologising, management insisted the villa was perfectly clean. What shocked us most was that he then stopped listening, simply left the apartment and did not offer any solution – no change of sheets, towels or apology. All this happened around 9 pm, and with two small children it was almost impossible to find another place to sleep so late. If we left the next day, we would not receive any refund. In the end we had to stay the night in this place simply not to lose all money, even though we did not feel comfortable letting our babies sleep in such bedding and with smoky towels. Overall, the way this situation was handled felt not just unprofessional but inhuman: as parents with two 8-month-old babies we were left without a safe, clean option late at night and effectively forced to stay or lose nearly 400 EUR. This is the first time we have ever written a review like this – we understand that mistakes happen, but the way our concerns were dismissed left us shocked.

This property is one of 2 cosy semi detached villas in a lovely garden setting right next to the beach. It is well looked after, clean and has the manager/owner tend to the garden in the evening also checking if all is well. Towels were changed halfway through stay with additional toilet paper offered. Sun loungers supplied which are light and can be carried to beach. There are Tavernas and mini markets along the beach front either side of you providing plenty of supplies. Parking along the beach front opposite the villa. Good Supermarkets, Pharmacy and bakery 5 min drive away.

− Mosquitoes at sunset, bring spray but manageable. Bring beach shoes for pebble beach but only a small amount of pebbles in water then sandy all the way . Crystal clear water . We were happy with everything and also rented a car but if you want to walk to the main road where the main shops are and plenty of cafes it’s approximately a 15 min walk on a residential road which may not suit some people.

La posizione, la spiaggia, i ristoranti vicini erano molto buoni (il Medusa), la casa è ben tenuta, il giardino è carino, la casa è in un posto tranquillo davanti al mare. Noi eravamo in 4 e si stava bene. Proprio un bel posto. Gestito da un’agenzia, sempre disponibile.

− I letti son un po’ duri (non siamo riusciti a dormire bene, solo il divano che è stato usato come letto era più comodo). Gli sgabelli erano troppo alti per il tavolo ma non è stato un grosso problema. Mancherebbe una porta nella doccia. Extra pieno di zanzare (principalmente al tramonto).

Krásne prostredie ubytovania , veľmi blízko na pláž v podstatne len prejsť cez ulicu. Domáci sa stará záhrada je krásna udržiavaná. Vôbec nič nám nechýbalo určite sa veľmi radi vrátime.
