4.0The location of the hotel and the size of the room is good and probably, that is the only good part about the hotel.
− The buffet and breakfast were far below than expectations. They hardly had any options. In fact, on the one of the occassions, the kitchen staff refused to provide milk for the infants! Everything asked for was replied as available but on a chargeable basis. On the last day, the hotel staff refused to provide a laundry bag stating that they dont provide laundry bag on the day of checkout! Kitchen and dining area were also not propely cleaned.

9.0The location is fantastic. The staff is just excellent. So nice to see so helpful people and accomodating all the special needs. They came to pick our staff and even drop it at Bhanu Bhawan. We requested milk every evening and they were accomodating. They were always pleasant and helpful.
− Not much. Only during the breakfast, we would have liked the finished buffet menu to be replenished quicker than they were doing.
We took the mountain view deluxe room. It was very spacious and extremely well maintained. Location is right on the mall

10.0This is an exceptionally beautiful Tibetan style hotel. Absolutely stunning decorations and with all modern comfortable rooms. I had a room with a view to the mountains with huge windows. The location is perfect if you want to be in the thick of things. Staff were extremely kind and thoughtful. I rarely gush over hotels but this one is truly great. Huge breakfast as well with delicious food available all day.
− Everything about this hotel was great, they even stored by bag whole I trekked for 4 days.
