− Keletas svečių triukšmavo 2 h ir 4 val.nakties taip garsiai, kad pažadino - jie sėdėjo vidiniame kieme, bet matyt nebuvo perspėti laikytis tylos ir drausmės.

4.0− Sombre, pas tres propre, mobilier cuisine abîmé par des vis, joints de baignoire vétustes, chasse d'eau lente à charger, fuites. Pas d équipement ! ( machine à café, four micro onde)

7.0Apartamenti kā atsevišķi dzīvokļi. Salīdzinoši kluss, ņemot vērā to, ka Rīgas centrs. Konkrētajā dzīvoklī logi bija uz pagalma pusi, varbūt tādēļ. Ērta vannas istaba, vanna, karsts ūdens, labs spiediens ūdenim. Brokastis organizētas citā ēkā, bet pavisam netālu. Garšīga kafija, brokastis arī labas, tikai konkrētas izvēles - neliela mazuma piegarša.
