8.0Great communication (in English), owner was allways helpful. Apartement is spacios enough for five people family. Nice location, close shops, coffe, restaurants. Two LCD TV with many programs (Georgian and Russian).
− Some inner doors is imposible to close entirely. Otherwise nothing to complain.

10.0Отличное место для проживания, прекрасная локация. В шаговой доступности рестораны как европейской так и грузинской кухни! Сама Квартира очень большая. Семья из 6 человек с удобством поместились в ней. Владелица помогла с заездом и так же заняяла нам парковочное место! Очень благодарны, будем рады езе раз посетить Батуми и остаться в данной квартире!
