9.0房间够大，住宿很干净，屋内各样设施完好齐全，屋外景色宜人。餐厨锅具一应俱全，有电磁炉冰箱洗碗机，非常方便。房屋位置距离火车站、镇中心都很近，步行可达。根据房东邮件自行办理入住也很方便。
− 感觉清洁费过高。理解房东遭遇不良住客后的心情，建议能对好好使用房间的住客适当返还清洁费。与二楼住客共用入户大门，洗手间虽为独用，但设在房间外，略有不便。

− 住了三个晚上，当时当地晚上气温只有零度左右，暖气死活不运转，只有清晨暖气微微变热。给工作人员留言回复很快，但是完全没有解决问题，失望至极

9.0Very clean apartment, very practical for two persons. Walking distance to railway station, to Kaiservilla, to Katrin Seilbahn and to two crocery stories. Quiet neigbourhood and lovely park on the other side of the street. Well equipped kitchen and friendly, well-communicating staff.
