10.0It was amazing from the start! We had to arrive late to the property and yet Effie was still up waiting for us. She was at the gates welcoming us and made us feel welcome straight from the beginning; from showing us where everything was as well as homemade biscuits and some juice and water in the fridge! She also had things like a first aid kit, cooking facilities etc. which made being there so easy! We had to check out early and again she made it so straightforward! I would highly recommend the stay especially because of how lovely Effie is!
