1.0The apartment was newly renovated.
− On the first night of our stay. We noticed that there were cockroaches and this made our stay very uncomfortable.
I would definitely book this apartment again.
8.0The apartment was great. Very clean and fully equipped. It was obviously newly renovated. I would describe it as a "studio" apartment rather than a one bedroom. It was definitely good value for the money.
− My one issue was the lack of a contact name and number that is easily available after hours. We struggled with the lock box when we arrived at the building but the contact number we called to help us with this box did not respond to calls after hours. A tenant happened to be near the door and helped us to access the lock box properly. Also, it would be helpful to indicate on their "information" sheet, the exact location of their offices.

10.0The apartment was extremely clean, and the kitchen was well equipped. The bed was fabulously comfortable, and the linens and towels smelled sooooo great! The apartment was very quiet, too!
