The welcoming from the owner, as we arrived an hour earlier to our check-in time. Very nice and clean

− The address from booking.com its not accurate. But she promised to update it

It’s close to town, about 10 minutes.

− I've had a very bad experience travelling from pta thought I have booked my 1night stay in a cozy/warm place 1. Upon my arrival at Alice i requested for early check in through an email just to refresh because I travelled fthe whole night no one responded to my email, I've tried to call no one answered Up until mid day close to my check in time the owner said she was in a meeting she couldn't answer my calls nor my emails 2. Preparing for my check in I had to call and drive all that Alice area to look for the place no where to be found I've requested the location it was send to me at 15:26 whereas my check-in was supposed to be at 15:00 I couldn't even arrive there as I was frustrated with the whole situation 3. I'm not happy with the outcome as I didn't even arrive at the location due to frustrations and complications I cancelled my booking with full refund ,the owner declined that even though I have has numerous conversations with her telephonically somewhere she didn't even answer my calls. 5. Can I please have my refund for this accomodation as I'm not a happy client ,i thought i would have a warm sleep ended up not knowing where I will sleep please , because I was also given 2nd contact person I called that number no answer. Please can I have my refund before I report this further.
