1.0The only thing I like is that it was close to work and it was convenient for me to travel and it had private parking
− Host doesn’t know how to communicate effectively, there was a non chalant attitude towards problem solving within the property. Hot water wasn’t running, heater wasn’t working, WiFi didn’t work. Key into the property was expected to be left in the key safe and only used for entry and exit, which made me question the safety of my personal belongings. Host was absolutely rude when contacted to sort issues that weren’t clearly stated or instructions left behind
Really disappointed — the room isn’t clean, the TV’s not on the stand (basically no TV), and the place feels like a cage

10.0I recently stayed at Sariyu Space Dagenham (34 Thorogood Way) and I can confidently say—it was absolutely flawless. From the moment I checked in to the moment I left, everything ran so smoothly that I genuinely believe the other reviews don’t even matter. You just have to experience it to understand. What truly sets this place apart is the host’s lightning-fast responsiveness. I’m not exaggerating when I say—you barely get through the first ring, maybe two max, and she’s already picked up the phone and is ready to help. Whether it’s a quick question or a last-minute need, she’s there in a heartbeat. That kind of attentiveness is rare and makes all the difference. The space itself was spotless, peaceful, and incredibly comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. Everything worked perfectly. If you're considering staying here, don’t overthink it. I’d bet on this place any day—and I’ve stayed in a lot of places. Hands down, one of the smoothest and most pleasant stays I’ve ever had.

It’s horrible
1.0Nothing the beddings was not washed and stuck, no towels for shower and the carpets stained, and no fan as it was very hot, the bathroom sinks not cleaned and no toilet brush, the hotel was just horrible
