− Plusieurs points ont fortement dégradé notre expérience 2 adultes et 2 adolescents : • Chambre parentale au niveau sous-sol dans l appartement : L'accès s'y fait par un escalier étroit, particulièrement difficile à emprunter avec de grandes valises. Les toilettes se trouvant au niveau supérieur, il faut systématiquement remonter cet escalier la nuit. Côté literie et propreté, la déception : pas de draps (seulement un protège-matelas froissé), aucune sous-taie pour les oreillers, de la poussière sur les meubles et du linge/couettes en désordre entassé dans l'armoire. À cela s'ajoutent des nuisances sonores permanentes dues aux canalisations dès que le voisin du dessus utilise la douche ou les WC. • Seconde chambre : elle subit de fortes nuisances sonores sur le passage du métro, tard le soir et très tôt le matin. • Salle d'eau : Aucun gel douche n'est fourni ; nous nous sommes contentés du savon pour les mains disposé sur le lavabo.

− Sauberkeit+ Hygiene katastrophal, Feuchtigkeit, Schimmel, schlechter Geruch, kein direkter Ansprechpartner, fleckige Bettwäsche, angegebene Hygieneartikel nicht vorhanden, Fön defekt, frische Wäsche +Handtücher "lagern" in Ikea Tüten in der Abstellkammer im Treppenhaus, Bad verdreckt, Türrahmen defekt-Tür klemmt. Die Fotos im Netz entsprachen nicht unserer Wohnung. Angegeben war auch , erste Etage, es war Hochparterre und das Schlafzimmer war im Untergeschoß- ehemals Keller. Die anderen drei Betten zur Straße, könnten wegen Lärm und fleckig er Bettwäsche nicht genutzt werden. Parkett defekt, Flecke an den Wänden.... Angegebene kostenlose Parkplätze sind meistens belegt, vierspurigen Straße mit Hochbahn direkt vor dem Fenster, im Erdgeschoss eher schlecht... Bei 228 € für die Nacht (zum Glück nicht länger), sind 100€ für eine professionelle Reinigung enthalten...(ohne Worte)... Wir haben schon öfter bei Booking.com gebucht und waren immer zufrieden! Bei Reklamation an den Anbieter wurde uns unterstellt, nach Fehlern zu suchen, sie waren sehr unkooperativ und uneinsichtig, es wäre alles in Ordnung, aber ich denke, die Fotos sprechen für sich...

− It would’ve been more comfortable if there had been two separate bedrooms rather than a bed in the living room. The shower spills over to the floor as there isn’t enough coverage for the water

− No air con, not common in Berlin at all. We went in the middle of Aug and had the doors open with a fan, that helped but still very hot.
