10.0Host was very responsive and the Loft was clean and comfy. Could’ve used a tv in the smaller bedroom and the stay would’ve been perfect.

8.0The property was very nice but the floors needed a little better cleaning. The supplies left for the guests were very useful and appreciated. Very close to lots of shopping and dining. The parking was 2 hours in front of the loft or you could park for free down the street. We booked it for 2 more stays!

6.0Not the cleanest place we ever stayed. It was just a weekend trip but you could clearly tell it had not been cleaned as there were dirty towels in the hallway, broken up potato chips on the stairs, and the bed was not comfortable at all. The amenities in the room were a thoughtful touch but they looked as though they had been rifled through. The bedding wasn't done correctly with a bare blanket (no duvet cover and no sheet on one side) which was kind of gross. I would have liked to know ahead of time that there was no elevator as we were on the 3rd floor. Though that may have been on the description somewhere that I didn't see to be fair. It was cheaper than other places nearby in Conway but I guess you get what you pay for.
