Probably best not to.......
1.0Loved location. House was nice although tired in places. The staff I dealt with were nice and tried to be helpful. See below...of they sort out the management then this is a gteat place and I can deal with it being tired in places.
− Look at my other reviews - I am not the person that doesnt get their own way and then destroys with a review. This has been worse experience on renting a villa ever. The management of the property.just isnt good enough. It felt like they had scrimped on maitenance and touching up that is needed when you rent somewhere out. The pool took about three days to clean as it was green. The carpet in living space needed fixing and was a healt hazard (at least two injuries) Just to add insult to this having issues getting deposit back.....need a holiday to get over this

8.0Prachtige villa op een mooie lokatie op loopafstand naar het strand.
− Contact tijdens het verblijf met de host Dreamplaces verliep moeizaam. Eerste 3 dagen geen reactie op appjes. Laatste dag discussie over het betalen van borg en schoonmaakkosten die niet duidelijk waren bij boeking via Booking.com. Uiteindelijk niet hoeven te betalen en excuses vanuit Dreamplaces.
Very nice villa in central location
9.0We loved the spacious and well equipped villa located in the center of the Algarve region. We enjoyed the great garden with the nice pool as well as the comfortable beds.
− Certain parts of the villa require a little repair (e.g. big spot on the ceiling due to an old water leak). Those appear to be very simple and quick but are obviously not done.
Große gemütliche Villa nicht weit vom Strand
9.0Das Haus ist hell, komfortabel und bietet genug Platz für 12 Personen. Wir waren zu zehnt und haben einen schönen Urlaub in der Villa Valbom verbracht. In der Küche mit einer guten Ausstattung gab es genug Platz um gemeinsam Mahlzeiten vorzubereiten und an dem großen Tisch zu genießen. Unsere Betreuerin, Laura, hat sich hervorragend um uns gekümmert und alle unseren Anliegen prompt gelöst. WLAN Verbindung ist schnell.
− Der Teppich im Wohnzimmer hat ausgedient und müsste ausgetauscht werden. Nicht alle Schlafzimmer haben Nachttischlampen oder Leselampen. Die Lichtsteuerung in den Schlafzimmern ist unglücklich gewählt, alle an oder alle aus. Die WLAN Verbindung ist nur im unteren Bereich, Wohnzimmer, Küche und 1 Schlafzimmer verfügbar. Allen anderen Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoß und im ersten Stock haben keine Verbindung.

10.0Das Personal war beim Tornado vom 15.11.2025 ausgesprochen hilfsbereit. Herzlichen Dank dafür. Die Vila Valbom ist ein wunderschönes Haus und hat viel Charme. Sehr toll.
− Die allgemeine Sauberkeit (Böden) dürfte besser sein. Vor allem gefehlt haben uns Aufhängmöglichkeiten in den Bädern.
