9.0Exactly as advertised. I especially appreciate the free body wash and shampoo and free laundry detergent. I specifically came here to do laundry and get some morning work done. The laundry machine works perfectly and there is a desk in the quiet room and reliable Wifi. Whole property was immaculately clean.
− Instructions were a bit confusing to get to the room since nobody greets you - but this is a minor complaint. I'd say just add a sign on the door going to the basement that says "COMMON-SPACE BASEMENT WITH GUEST ROOMS" so that you know it doesn't lead to someone's room but the basement. Oh also, the shower door doesn't close properly - also a minor concern

3.0I cannot believe I spent $136 for a room in a rooming house with a shared bathroom, no parking spots and walk in the front door to a family having supper!!
