− Breakfast is very limited. They do not provide drinking water except 2 small water bottles per day. There should be drinking water facility.

1.0I dislike everything and absolutely unprofessional and a very useless customer service . I booked and only to call that I would be on my way and the lady told me there isn’t any room and I know they did so because they gave the room to walk in customer but then I ain’t surprised as a Nigerian but I live in wales Uk 🇬🇧. It is just about greed and also being unprofessional because this has never happened to me before abroad and other European countries I have been too . Even the receptionist had no single remorse in terms of communicating and was her apologies was like she was being compelled after I still corrected her . Absolutely shyte .
