8.0It was modern and clean and in a good location for us. The landlord was very friendly and accommodating with any requests we had.
− We knowingly booked a ground floor apartment but on hindsight would have preferred an upper floor apartment with a balcony and a view. Would have been nice to have a chest of drawers for our clothing as there was only a wardrobe. Didn't like the coin operated Aircon but we didn't need to use it much as it was late October.
Moldy overpriced apartment

− The apartment was very high up on the hill. There was almost no communication from the owners, we hardly received a code from the keys in the afternoon of the arrival. We have written that we will arrive at 22 and during check-in we couldn't reach anyone by phone or massages so if you have problems you on your own. They came only at 10 the next day. WiFI password was provided incorrectly, and you could not have any communication. No instructions were written anywhere. There was no hot water as the owner did not turn on the boiler ( we found out it in the morning). Appartment has moldy old smell all over, and you like leaving in a basement. Stained and super old towels, same the linen on the bed, not sure if someone already slept there. Flash in the toilet did not work, and water kept runing, you have to fix the tank all the time, and it is located outside of the apartment in the dirty tunnel. And as a cherry on a cake, you have prepaid Air Conditioning. You have to put 1 Euro coin in order to have some electricity limit to use air-conditioning.

10.0It was a very well laid out apartment. Very modern, very new. Would be nice to have a welcome pack is milk, a few teenage some coffee sachets. Handy if your arriving late at night like me. The owner Joe was very accessible
