1.0− Very disappointed. Studio apartment was in complete mess. When I checked in it looks like the studio was not cleaned at all after the previous guest. Bin full, dirty laundry in bathroom, bed looked like someone slept with someone hair left on the bed.

8.0It was quite, lovely place and clean inside
− The path to the side door needs to be cut, there is stinging nettles and I was stung. It was a little smaller than expected, the back yard needed a little tidy, if we were staying longer we would have used the BBQ. And I was told someone would bring some batteries for the remote and no one came

1.0When I booked the property it said that the property was free which wasn’t true. I took us 2hours to get to the property and we couldn’t get access

4.0The apartment was reasonably clean.
− It was not possible to turn off the heating in some of the radiators, so the windows had to be left slightly open all night. Due to a flight delay, we arrived late, around 9:45 PM. At that time, the apartment was occupied by someone else who had apparently booked their stay starting the next day. This was the first time I encountered a situation on Booking where, upon arrival, it turned out that someone else was occupying the property. Removing that guest and cleaning up after them took about an hour, which makes it difficult to rate the stay positively.
