− There should be lift access for all rooms. There was only 1 part of the building which had lift access.

I appreciated that staff were kind and helpful, especially the reception and breakfast staff.

− Severe lack of 'support handles' in shower area I am slightly disabled but was alert to the dangers of slipping in the shower.
