Please note that reservations are not permitted for individuals under the age of 25. Guests have the option to cancel their reservation according to our cancellation policy. Alternatively, they may choose to make a prepayment of €200 via bank transfer or PayPal. This amount will be refunded within 48 hours of departure once it has been verified that the rules have been respected and the accommodations is in perfect condition as found. Face-to-face check-in: if you wish to check-in in person, there is a charge of €80, which must be paid before arrival.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
