− Water shuts off often , major inconvenience. Imagine using the toilet or shower and water shuts off that you have to go down the first floor to find the caretaker to fix it. It’s not something that just happened . It seems like it’s an ongoing problem as the staff knew exactly what to do. The caretaker would hit the pipes or gauge of the Jet matic to get the water running. After a few trips to the caretaker to complain on our first day, she gave us a rude reply clearly was annoyed. Another male staff told us that’s all they can do. I paid a lot of money to rent the place and that’s the answer I get? The staff noticeably started to avoid us and was giving us a stern look the rest of the time till we left after our 2 night stay. Before checking out my cousin handed 1,000 pesos for late check out which the staff denied receiving. When we stepped out the gate she closed the door so fast . It felt like we were being kicked out. This is not the way to treat people . For the owner of the place, your place is amazing but the caretaker is rude. I would have given a 10/10 if it weren’t for her attitude.
