10.0Tuvimos una excelente estancia en Roma! Carmen fue encantadora, muy atenta y amable; además, nos recomendó lugares para conocer y siempre estuvo pendiente de nosotros. El alojamiento es bonito, cómodo y muy limpio. La ubicación nos encantó: está a unos 8 minutos caminando de la estación Termini, rodeado de restaurantes y cafés, y desde Termini también puedes tomar el Turibús para recorrer Roma. La zona nos pareció tranquila y segura. Por las mañanas puede escucharse un poco de ruido por los servicios de limpieza y recolección de basura, pero consideramos que es algo normal por la ubicación tan céntrica. Nos sentimos muy a gusto, disfrutamos muchísimo nuestra estancia y definitivamente regresaríamos. ¡Gracias, Carmen, por recibirnos tan bonito! ❤️🇮🇹
