9.0A localização do hotel é excelente! Fica a 5 minutos da estação de metrô Termini, uma das mais importantes de Roma. Consegui visitar várias pontos turísticos andando. A rua tem vários restaurantes e lojas/mercados, excelente. A Carmen, responsável pelo hotel, me recebeu super bem e foi flexível quanto ao horário do meu check in, visto que o voo atrasou.
− O Wi-Fi não funcionava muito bem enquanto estava no quarto. O box do banheiro é bem pequeno e desconfortável para tomar banho.

I will plan better next time and get a nicer hotel.
7.0The location and Carmen was very responsive. We really did not stay in the room that much. I would have liked to have more amenities. I tried to book at The Nord that has a restaurant and a roof top bar. But they were full and so I settled for this place, because it was the right location.
− It is a little sterile (hospital like). But super clean. The WiFi would not work in the room. And there is no sitting area/reception to set up and use it.
