設備の故障がなければ、また宿泊したい
3.0青年スタッフは設備の不備に対して私の母国語で謝罪しようとしてくれた。朝食を提供してくれる中年女性もチャーミングでした。ロケーションがとても良い地下鉄駅すぐそばで入り口もわかりやすい。 シャワーの圧が良い。
− 設備の故障をそのままにしていること。多くのロッカーが壊れていて施錠ができない。洗濯機が壊れていて使用できない。部屋のエアコンが機能していないのか、室内が暑かった。彼らはロッカーと洗濯機の故障は把握しているはずで、それを事前に予約者に知らせてほしかった。故障を修理する権限はスタッフには無いと思われます。経営側との連絡は取れているのだろうか。
