Not really satisfied with the service for the price we paid.

− Our request not granted. Our child been separated from us. Not even the same floor but separate building next to main building. Bed also too stiff. Not really comfortable.

− I wonder if online booking all given the lodge next to the hotel without access to lift. The reason given seems to be too logical, i.e full house. Should i mention this in my next booking?
