We had reservations for a month got to the property and didn’t end up staying so we had to drive an hour out of our way
1.0Sadly we didn’t like anything about the property. The front office person was nice, and understandable, of our concerns.
− we didn’t end up staying after going to our room. It was unacceptable. It was dirty, mattresses were dirty under the sheets, floor wasn’t swept or mopped, a lot of area(s) in the room needed fixed. We found a certain kind of bug, one you never want to find in a hotel, it was dead by the door but I’m guessing there were more around. The location was scary it’s not a place for a family to stay. Definitely a traveling worker type place.
You know in horror movies where they have a motel where people are murdered - this is the place.

Dirty, uncomfortable, and rude—never staying here again.
1.0− This place was a nightmare. The floors were so filthy that our feet turned black after showering—absolutely disgusting. The beds were like sleeping on concrete, and to top it off, the staff was rude and completely uninterested in helping with anything. I don’t know how this place is still in business. Never again.

− TV didn’t work. No place to hang clothes. Bathroom door could not be closed. Entrance door frame was so damaged was not really secure when closed and locked???
