Moderne Villa mit herrlichem Pool und privatem Grundstück
9.0Wir waren im Juli 2025 für zwei Wochen in der Villa. Das Haus wurde erst im Sommer 2024 fertiggestellt, alles ist also sehr neu. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns der private Pool, das großzügige Grundstück mit Terrasse, die moderne Einrichtung des Hauses und die ruhige, aber dennoch zentrale Lage im Ort Soroni. Auch ein Bäcker ist fußläufig erreichbar! Unser freundlicher Gastgeber Michalis war unkompliziert erreichbar und hat sich gut um uns gesorgt.
− Wie man auch in anderen Bewertungen bereits lesen kann, ist das Haus noch nicht perfekt ausgestattet, vor allem die Küche. Da hatten wir uns für den Preis mehr erhofft. Deshalb haben wir am Beginn des Urlaubs unserem Gastgeber eine Liste geschickt mit Dingen, die aus unserer Sicht fehlten. Nach nur 4 (!) Stunden hatte er alles (!) und sogar noch mehr besorgt und zeigte sich sehr dankbar für die Verbesserungsvorschläge. Damit hat er uns echt beeindruckt! Dass die Küche keine Spülmaschine besitzt, ist nicht schlau geplant und wäre für den Preis angemessen. Das sollte man bei der Buchung bedenken. Aber auch das haben wir überlebt. Fazit: Man muss nur miteinander ins Gespräch kommen, dann lassen sich viele Dinge ohne Ärger lösen.

10.0The villa is exactly as in the pictures, or maybe even better. A wonderful garden and a private, spotless swimming pool, ideal for absolute relaxation.The house made of wood and stone, beautifully decorated, comfortable and spotlessly clean, provided us with everything we needed for our stay.The host is very kind, friendly and willing to answer all our questions. It is certain that we will return to the villa when we visit Rhodes again.

Tiny but new accommodation not worth the price
4.0Wo got a late check out for free and the manager came personally to have a look and talk about the problems.
− 1. BBQ is just for deko 2. 5* accommodation and you have to eat from plastic plates 3. cockroaches and ants are there every day 4. everywhere cameras especially to the entrance of the pool 5. quite neighbourhood: we were told from the manager that neighbours hear and see everything 6. Bad Communication with the manager during the stay
