10.0They accommodated my late arrival and were all friendly.
A little more attention to detail required. Temperature issues should be thought through

− The property has no air conditioning at all. Only a small window. In the very hot weather the room was literally like a sauna. No fans or mitigation possible

3.0− Checking in wasn’t straight forward and a issue, we was at a wedding and had to leave early due to payment issue with the Italian greyhound
